A Prayer for My Children

A Prayer for My Children
That they would be Sons of Daniel
That they would live righteously
That they would love wisdom - the wisdom of God albeit the foolishness of Man
That they would not conform to the world
but be transformed by the renewing of their mind into the likeness of Christ
That they would beacons of Light in a world of Darkness
They they would stand unwavered in the face of persecution, even unto death,
yet fall to their knees before the Glory of God
That at their word, angels would be dispatched from the Heavens
to combat and defeat the schemes of the Enemy
That their names would be known in the heavenly realms
That they would see with their eyes the sights Daniel saw
That they would see the dreams and visions of Daniel come to fruition
and see the day of the scroll's unfurling, the words hidden until the appointed time has come
That they would partake in the glorious reign of our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ upon the Earth
and be seated at His Right Hand forevermore.
Amen.

Sanctuary

I heard a deep resonance, chimes, bells, church bells perhaps, I wasn't sure. And I heard a voice of instruction say, "Cry Sanctuary." Sanctuary, a place of holiness, a place set apart, the church perhaps; Sanctuary, asylum, protection, escape from persecution or death, to reside in the church, to do its work, never again to step foot outside its walls or again face death.

Will you cry out "Sanctuary!"?

When the trials and troubles of the world overwhelm, when your efforts to make it through the much and mire appear to be for nought, then what will you do?

But I say unto you, "Are you ready?"

To cry sanctuary means protection but also limitation. It means doing the work of the Lord all day, every day. Can you do it without bitterness, grudge or complaint? As you pass by the windows, will you move quickly by or will you sit and stare at what you once had, what you could have again, yet at the cost of your life (and your soul?).

This shall not be so with my servant. He is faithful in all my house. With him I speak face to face, plainly and not in riddles. He sees the form of the Lord. - Numbers 12: 7-8

ONE THING

ONE THING is here.

ONE THING is here.

Rambling #6

I love the book of Ezra. We want to rebuild Fort Wayne as he rebuilt Jerusalem.

Ezra 1: 2-4 (adapted)

All the kingdoms of the earth the LORD God of heaven has given us.

Fort Wayne as a city of refuge; Psalm 2:8 - Ask of Me, and I will give You the nations for Your inheritance, and the ends of the earth for Your possession; As you pray for the nations, I will give you the city.

And He has commanded us to build Him a house at Jerusalem (Fort Wayne) which is in Judah (Northeast Indiana).

We have been commanded; this is not a request or a favor; we're not being asked nicely; we're being told what to do. My house shall be called a House of Prayer... The House of Prayer is where it will begin.

Who is among you of all His people? May his God be with him, and let him go up to Jerusalem (Fort Wayne) which is in Judah (Northeast Indiana), and build the house of the LORD God of Israel (He is God) in Jerusalem (Fort Wayne).

Who are you? Where are you? The Lord is calling you out of your circumstance into His work in this hour.

And whoever is left in any place where my people dwell, let the men of his place help him with silver and gold, with goods and livestock...

This is God's promise of provision for His servants who faithfully walk out in His commandment.

... Besides the freewill offerings for the house of God which is in Jerusalem (Fort Wayne).

This is God's promise of provision for His House of Prayer, even beyond His provision for his people.

Ramblings in the Prophetic

Ramble #1: Ezra 4 Adapted

A Letter to "King" Satan from his minions in Fort Wayne:

Let it be known to the king that the people who came up from you have come to us at Jerusalem (Fort Wayne), and are building a "rebellious" city, and are finishing its walls and repairing the foundations. Let it now be known to the king that, if this city is built and the walls completed, the people will not pay tax, tribute, or custom, and the king’s treasury will be diminished. ... You will find in the book of the records this fact. Know that this city is a "rebellious" city, harmful to the king and his provincial authorities, and that they have incited sedition within the city in former times, for which cause this city was destroyed. We inform the king that if this city is rebuilt and its walls are completed, the result will be that you, king, will have no dominion beyond the Rivers.

Oh to be a "rebellious" city against Satan! To be "seditious" against the rule and reign of darkness! Oh to do harm to the king and kingdom of darkness, that his dominion may be vanquished in the land "beyond the Rivers" of Fort Wayne!

Ramble #2:

I saw what appeared to be a fresh, ripe bunch of grapes hanging right in front of my eyes. The Spirit of the Lord said to me, "Now is the time. Take and eat. For the fruit of the Spirit is now ripe for the harvest. Long have you eaten of the seedlings, the young fruit, and tasted of their sweetness, but their sweetness lasted only a moment as the fruit was not yet ripe. Now, I tell you, is the time! Pick and eat! There will be love overflowing, there will be joy abundant, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness and self-control, all the fruits of the Spirit are yours. My presence is here with you. Take and eat and be filled by Me.

Ramble #3:

The Spirit of the Lord said, "I am going to blur the distinction between the realm of Heaven and of Earth." Earth will rise to new heights, never before seen or experienced as my presence will be closer than it ever has been. Heaven will descend to a literal invasion of the Earthly realm. This is not Jacob's ladder, with only a few angels ascending and descending at a time. It's an invasion! There is a new front opening up in the war, and it is here, and it is now.

Ramble #4:

I appeared to be walking the streets of Heaven, the golden streets, shining, glistening in the light of His presence. I looked around and saw I was walking alongside the River that flows from the One. Clear as crystal it was, at first. Then I looked deeper and I saw FIRE. FIRE. FIRE. FIRE. Fire coming in the river from Heaven. Through the crystal clear river, I look and see what lies beneath, the Earth. I kneeled beside the river and for some reason I began to cry, knowing what the FIRE would do.

Ramble #5:

This morning I saw fire coming down from Heaven and encircle me, flowing from my front around me to my back. Then I was lifted up in the air as the fire stabbed/pierced me. It was the middle of my back and pierced me straight through my heart (You know those action / war movies where the hapless enemy soldier, mouth covered, is stabbed in the back? Kinda like that. I don't know how to explain it.) The piercing lifted me up into the sky. Then it began to rip. I was being ripped in two by the piercing fire. It hurt (Duh!). But it was not like half here, half there. I was being ripped into two completely whole people, my spiritual self and my flesh. Afterward, I stood and saw me , as if looking at a bad picture of me in the mirror, but I knew it was me I was looking at, only it was not me, but it was, yet it wasn't. It was the flesh part of me God wants to rip out, to restore the soul to its purest form.

Ramble on... more to come.

The Holy Hobo

A prayer...

Lord, we ask you to break down walls and bring unity across racial barriers in Fort Wayne. We ask that you would build bridges across the physical and spiritual divides in our city, across the color line, on both sides of the tracks. We ask Father that you would sent the Holy Hoboes, angels walking the tracks in the city, bringing reconciliation, building bridges, taking out the plans and schemes of the enemy to maintain strife and division. We ask for healing and restoration and unity across all lines throughout our city.

The Sign of Daniel

On Monday, President Ahmadinejad will visit the United Nations in New York City to give a speech, possibly (likely) including a denunciation of Israel.

A prophesy...

A wicked man, this Prince of Persia, asks for a sign, yet none will be given him except the sign of Daniel. For as Daniel was cast by the Prince of Persia into the lion's pit, so Israel will, for a night, be cast into the darkness. With confidence and peace, Daniel (Israel) will rest in the night, in the darkness, with the assurance that God is present and will protect Him from the lions. That same night, the Prince of Persia will neither eat nor sleep nor be entertained, for the fate of Daniel will lie heavy upon him.

I tell you the Lion of Judah is mightier than the Lions of Babylon, of Persia, and of those who would seek Daniel's harm.

The Prince of Persia will stand, awaiting the coming morn, waiting to learn the fate of the man Daniel, whom he had cast into the lion's pit. When the sun has risen, and the pit uncovered, the Prince of Persia will see with his own eyes the Glory of God shown through the life of Daniel.

Then may the Prince of Persia declare: "I issue a decree that in every part of my kingdom people must fear and reverence the God of Daniel. For He is the Living God and He endures forever; His kingdom will not be destroyed, His dominion will never end. He rescues and He saves; He performs signs and wonders in the Heavens and on the Earth. He has rescued Daniel from the power of the lions."

Let it be. Amen.
